Seven Psychopaths is the story of a struggling screenwriter named Marty (Colin Farrell) who has a catchy title for a brilliant screenplay floating around in his head but needs a story to go along with it.

Marty has a couple of oddball friends, Hans (Christopher Walken) and Billy (Sam Rockwell), who make a living kidnapping rich people’s dogs, then return them to their owners to collect the reward.  Billy has some great ideas for the story but is reluctant to offer his input without an invitation from Marty.

However, this time, the fur flies when Hans and Billy kidnap the beloved Shih Tzu of a quick-tempered Los Angeles gangster named Charlie (Woody Harrelson).  Marty uses the ensuing events as fodder for his screenplay.
