Undercover Brother is the story of an underground all-black justice league organization known as the B.R.O.T.H.E.R.H.O.O.D., whose main mission is to defend the values of African-American people in North America from the white establishment commonly referred to as The Man.
In the meantime, Decorated General, Warren Boutwell (Billy Dee Williams), is a campaigning candidate running for President when the B.R.O.T.H.E.R.H.O.O.D. notice that the General starts exhibiting strange behavior on the campaign trail and sets out to investigate what has happened to him fearing The Man has somehow influenced him. Undercover Brother (Eddie Griffin) is recruited by the B.R.O.T.H.E.R.H.O.O.D. to infiltrate The Man’s organization and investigate what is influencing the General and foil their plans to derail the presidential candidate.
Undercover Brother is a master of disguise and transforms himself into Anton Jackson, a seemingly harmless, almost white acting African-American man to fit in with the organization. While working for The Man, Anton discovers the plot to unleash a powerful top-secret weapon which acts as a psycho-hallucinogenic drug that will reduce the entire population into mindless zombies. Furthermore, The Man utilizes the General’s fried chicken secret recipe as a distribution agent for their mind controlling weapon.
Meanwhile, Anton falls for a fellow co-worker named Penelope Snow (Denise Richards) who unbeknownst to Anton, is an undercover operative for The Man and goes by the moniker White She Devil. Deeply entrenched into his character, Undercover Brother relies on his partner Sistah Girl (Aunjanue Ellis) to bring him back to reality so they can defeat Mr. Feather (Chris Kattan) and foil The Man’s plans and put an end to Operation Whitewash.
