Vacation is the story of Rusty Griswold (Ed Helms), who is now an adult working as a pilot for a low budget regional airline called Econo-Air.  Rusty’s relationship with his wife Debbie (Christina Applegate) feels stale and he is hoping to bring his family together and reconnect with his sons, 14 year old James (Skyler Gisondo) and 12 year old Kevin (Steele Stebbins).  Remembering fond childhood memories of his trip to Wally World, Rusty surprises his family with a cross-country excursion to America’s favorite fun park.  Following his father Clark’s (Chevy Chase) footsteps, Rusty and the gang pack up the car and hit the road for some much-needed family bonding and they set off on vacation.
