Aloha is the story of Brian Gilcrest (Bradley Cooper), a combat-scarred military defense contractor on assignment in Oahu, Hawaii who is trying to reconnect with the space program.  Part of Brian’s assignment is to organize a traditional Hawaiian ritual blessing with the native Hawaiians for a new pedestrian gate project being funded by billionaire industrialist Carson Welch (Bill Murray).  Carson is also looking to develop nearby land into a space center to launch satellites.

While in Hawaii, Brian reconnects with his old girlfriend Tracy (Rachel McAdams).  But Tracy is married to an Air Force pilot named Woody (John Krasinski) and they have two kids and a happy life.

The Air Force assigned Allison Ng (Emma Stone) an Air Force fighter pilot as Brian’s liaison to escort him around the island.  As a native Hawaiian, Allison is a staunch defender of Hawaiians against the encroachments of Brian’s employer who is eager to militarize Hawaiian air space by a launching weapons satellite.

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels is the story of two con men competing to swindle an American heiress out of $50,000. Lawrence Jamieson (Michael Caine) is a suave educated British con man who stages elaborate ruses to con rich women out of their wealth so he can maintain a lavish lifestyle. Freddy Benson (Steve Martin) is a less-refined American small-time hustler on the hunt for twenty-dollar bills and free meals.

Lawrence believes Freddy is a con man working his way through Europe known as the Jackal. Lawrence uses his inside ties in the police department to get Freddy out of his territory by putting him on a plane out of the country to avoid prosecution. Freddy meets one of Lawrence’s marks on the plane and she inquires how Freddy knows the prince and Freddy figures out that Lawrence is a con man as well. Freddy decides to blackmail Lawrence and forces him to teach him the art of the big con. During his tutelage Freddy and Lawrence team up on a few different wealthy women.

Eventually, Lawrence and Freddy have a difference in how to operate their joint cons, so they make a bet: the person who is able to con a mark out of $50,000 with get the French Riviera as their territory, with the other having to leave forever. With intelligence from Inspector Andre (Anton Rodgers) he alerts Lawrence about the arrival of American ‘Soap Queen’ Janet Colgate (Glenne Headly) who just arrived in the area and they make her the bet.

A Knight’s Tale is the story of a young squire, accompanied by a group of friends, who fakes his way into various 14th century jousting competitions and then tries to win the hand of a fair maiden all while dealing with the dark count who is determined to defeat him and win the hand of the lady.

William Thatcher (Heath Ledger), Roland (Mark Addy) and Wat (Alan Tudyk) are squires for Sir Ector (Nick Brimble), a Knight who participates in medieval jousting tournaments. Unfortunately during a tournament, Sir Ector dies while napping between rounds.  William hatches a plan to pose as Sir Ector and finish the tournament so they could have some money and eat.  William dons the armor and mounts the steed and grabs a lance and proceeds to finish the last round.  He takes a lance to the helmet bending it to his head so when it was time to accept the trophies, he was not able to remove his helmet remaining anonymous.  William was hooked and decided he would participate in other tournaments as they worked their way back to London.

Along the way to the next tournament the 3 cross paths with a man walking naked who introduces himself as Geoffrey Chaucer (Paul Bettany) and describes himself as an author and poet and in his self accolades, mentions he has also produced Patents of nobility which are royal letters describing a family lineage and their English nobility.  William voices an interest and Chaucer agrees to trade some clothes, food and a ride on the horse for the Patents which would allow William to participate in future tournaments and Sir Ulrich Von Lichtenstein is born.  This starts them on a journey filled with deception, peril, love and failure as William meets a beautiful princess Jocelyn (Shannyn Sossamon), faces Count Adhemar (Rufus Sewell) who is a daunting and evil jousting champion and forces William to come to grips with his humble beginnings.
